Leadership
Leadership includes making the right choices, even when other people do not. Leadership is not about manipulation or bullying. When a leader does what is right, it gives other people the courage to do what is right.
Integrity
Integrity is about doing whats right, even when no one is looking. Integrity includes being honest in the big and little situations, and being the best person possible, regardless whether other people are looking or not.
Excellence
Excellence is not doing anything halfway, ever. A person with excellence always does their best, even if it seems unimportant. When someone strives for excellence they stand out, and people know that they are reliable.
