Home
The Need
Over 14 million children go home every day to a house that lacks any adult supervision. Many of these children are at-risk for school drop-out, gang involvement, drug abuse and other illegal activity.
The Mission
Souled Out aims to increase the educational, social, spiritual and physical development of children in the South Fort Worth area, and aims to decrease the likeliness of children to become victims or perpetrators of crime.
The Effect
Souled Out is a weekly program in which children become involved in sports, games and crafts. Children who attend are encouraged to complete their homework and succeed in school. They are also taught the Souled Out core values of leadership, integrity, excellence and making positive choices.
